Ramblings of an ad hoc doctor

It’s been almost a few weeks now that I am a member of today.com but I am still not sure how to use certain features here! How do I add widgets to show on the right side column? How do I edit the template code? How to I change the header to a customized one? I hope somebody can help me figure these all out. I really love today.com as they are surely a special program and different from the rest. I guess, there’s too much to learn here, and maybe I am a slow learner *sigh*
